9ct white gold sapphire & diamond floral pendant, having four pear cut sapphires surrounding one central brilliant cut diamond and with an outer surround set with 32 brilliant cut diamonds.  Total stone weights - Sapphires - 0.76ct, Diamonds - 0.17ct G/H SI.  Suspended on a 9ct white gold 16-18" filed spiga adjuster chain.
