The blue whale is the largest animal ever known to have lived on Earth, it has a broad flat head and a long tapered body that ends in wide triangular flukes. This Saturno family has been lovingly manufactured to show these features and beautifully hand enamelled in varying shades of blue, with plain silver underparts. To help prevent tarnishing the model has been lacquered and this removes the need for cleaning with silver products. All our models are hallmarked at a UK assay office, guaranteeing their fineness and quality. Each piece is presented in one of our signature gift boxes.
